With Relish was set up in 2003 by designer Sarah Hyndman. She has worked in the design industry for over 15 years for agencies including Hill & Knowlton, Landor Associates and Spin; on a diversity of accounts from adidas to AstraZeneca. Sarah studied an MA in Typo/graphics at the London College of Communication for which she was awarded a distinction. She was subsequently invited back as a guest tutor to set up and run a new course in Experimental Typography which has been a great success. Sarah and the With Relish team produce work for clients across a range of sectors, collaborating with talented photographers, illustrators and image-makers. The Hellenic Centre was established in 1994 in a stunning Portland stone and red brick building in Paddington. To commemorate its 15th anniversary With Relish has designed and produced a large format brochure. The publication features full-page black and white photographs of the centre's architecture and detailing accompanied by small colour images of events throughout its history.
